With consistent daily listening to your Hypnotic Programming Recording for 60-90 days, these suggestions are reinforced, supporting meaningful, lasting changes and creating space for positive new patterns in your life.
Hypnotherapy Session

Includes 30min intake involving gathering detailed information before beginning session. The intake process helps to understand your needs and develop a tailored treatment plan.
Followed by 60min induced hypnotherapy session to support positive changes in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
